LEARNING

One of the greatest joys in life is learning. Like the trees and flowers all around us, we were made to grow. We were made to expand in our knowledge, insight, and understanding for as long as we can. Learning new things is exciting and fun. Doing things we thought we could never do simply by learning how to do them is exhilarating. And the shortest, quickest path to immortality (and the best way to learn) is to teach.

Share what you know! Share your knowledge with those eager to learn. Your own soul will be enriched by contributing in a meaningful way, and the other person’s life will be enriched in ways you may never comprehend. Share your experiences, your beliefs, and your thoughts about the world and allow others to share with you. This joyful exchange is the soil in which friendships grow!

“Learning is finding out what you already know, Doing is demonstrating that you know it, Teaching is reminding others that they know it as well as you do.
We are all learners, doers, and teachers.” ~ Richard Bach

Some ideas for continuous learning: Volunteer and learn from serving others, barter your skills for another’s, or take a class in something you’ve been too nervous to try!
